Though I am an American, i have been pretending to be an Aussie (Australian) on a social media platform since April.

I have aquired a small group of friends on this platform and I talk to them almost everyday.

How have I been able to keep this up?
Well apparently I do a very good Aussie accent. In fact it is so good that of the four Australians I speak to on this app often, all four think I'm Aussie.

Additionally I speak to two Kiwis who also believe me to be Australian.

I have had to research and learn so much about Australia and Aussie culture just to keep up the facade.

I know way more about Australia than any dirty Americunt should know.

Just thought I should share.

Any Aussies willing to let me come to 'Straya so I'm not technically lying 24/7?
