There's a tip though I can give you. It's a weird tip, but... try cocaine or amphetamine when in social situations, just don't show it. It makes you more communicative, and gives self-esteem.
Tbh I got some good friends with it when I was an introverted guy. I kinda feel I cheated though, but today i don't need drugs to have a good self-esteem and be communicative as well as rather optimistic than nihilistic.
of course drugs always are have a risk of addiction blah blah blah
