I wouldn't be surprised if they've got shills spreading it around so they can get more people to go to that website and have some kind of adware or cryptocurrency miner or something fairly inconspicuous like that get onto their computer. There are a lot of greedy people out there that know how easy it is to take advantage of the number of people out there who know little about cyber-security.
