Imagine if you were going out to fly your drone and there was a malfunction with it whilst you were in the car. Let's say it started flying around inside your car while all the windows were closed at 70mph, that would be pretty scary. Imagine the propellers hitting your eyes and ripping them out with blood and eye balls everywhere and the propellers were chewing away at your flesh, making it difficult to drive. Then eventually accidentally driving off a bridge.
Could we sue these chinks?
