>>713497>No one transitions because they like to wear dresses.Yes, they do. Maybe you don't. But I've met them. You don't speak for all trans and just because you are one doesn't make you as much of an expert as the medical community which treats them.
>It's a serious mental conditionYou actually admit its a disorder rather than an identity. Ah. I'm the one getting trolled now, aren't I?
>gender dysphoriaGender dysphoria or body dysmorphia? The former is how you want to be treated by society and the latter is how you want your body to be shaped.
If you want society to treat you like a child- tough shit. Nobody owes that to you. If you want society to treat you like a Victorian era waif, you should probably go fuck yourself for trying to bring that miserable era back into fashion. Those are strawmen of course, which means you agree they're ridiculous. But the logical conclusion here is that wanting society to "treat you like a girl" is just as demeaning to women as telling them they "throw like a girl" or "cry like a girl" or any other disparaging remarks originating from centuries past that literally equated femininity with being shitty and useless. And the trend I see among many trans (and also plenty of cis women) is that they want to be shitty and useless and accepted for it. This is an affront to women and everyone who does that (cis or trans) deserves to have a horse shit down their throat.
The problem is the very concept of trans seems predicated on some notion as to how women should be treated *as distinct from persons in general*. And that attitude is just shitty, and you deserve to be discouraged.
If its body dysmorphia, and you just want HRT so you have smooth hairless skin and wobbly fun bags on your chest, then sure, whatever. Just don't lie to men on dating sites who are looking to have biological children, and don't judge them for their preferences and then expect them not to judge you for yours.
