>>7141354Well, that's a tricky question. Realistically, the most obvious thing is to get animators off their lazy asses and get them outside instead of watching anime all the damn time to make each new show look less like the previous one and stop it from looking like it's inbred.
Second, shut down all of the unneeded animation studios, because more anime means more shit to watch and no one wants a cluttered season where you won't be able to watch everything, plus it allows for more effort to put into the good shit.
