But they're only used for the SAT equivalent exams here and as of now it's only for two subjects and even those are trials or given to students who have problems writing/have a bad handwriting and would usually read their answers to another person after the exam and then both copies would be checked for changes and then checked.
Heard from someone who did it in history and apparently in questions you need to base your answer off a picture/quote and in the electronic version one of those was a video.
