Why are Japanese people and Asian people so fucking bad at english and barely anyone knows it? Literally like 90% of the fucking world (maybe excluding central and South America) knows English. It’s not that fucking hard to learn it, and Japanese people have no bullshit excuse since they have a great education system.

Japanese has far fewer phonemes than English. It's difficult for them to learn other languages when their mouths aren't trained to make half of the sounds we do in speech.

In like 90% of Asian languages there is no solid sound for L or R, so often those two are mixed together.
Also, nipspeak is kinda sorta okay but it's surely not as efficient as english.

I know, but I was just using Japan as a main example.
For those that can't pronounce it, just place the tip of your tongue between your teeth and try to make a buzzing sound. Once you got that down the bone - try saying words like "the", "there", "that", etc... and eventually incorporate them into sentences. That's how I taught it to myself when I was a kid. No help needed.
