>>7203500It actually varies, as there are some developed areas here that are seriously good looking you'll think it's a first world country, most of them actually owned and developed by mostly Chinese Corporations, many in the inner cities near the capital are ABSOLUTE SHITHOLES you'll think you're in fucking India.
If you want to really settle go find a secluded developed residential areas that are managed by a reputable land developer and go find cities far away from the congested capital city of manila, preferably Subic, Cities near Boracay or Palawan, or Tagaytay, which are very suitable due to it being developed as tourist attractions locally and internationally, so they won't be devolving into a 3rd world shithole. Davao is actually a great one too I hear, as it's one of the wealthiest city and also one of the safest in the whole nation.
