You are probably hurt, because of what happend in your life, probably didn't learn better. Have never been shown any better.
I have been very depressed and down in my life and sometimes still am. So when i say I can feel you, I really can.
I've been there, where everything seemed the same and only empty and dead.
You know even the apostles who were with christ, had their doubts on some time or another. The problem of doubt, we all got it. Some got it more often, some experience it more and deeper; some might never overcome it and themself.
There is no guarantee for anything in life and the world, not as you and as the (materialistic) world would understand it.
But there is faith, that it is so.
I can not offer much, that is for certain, but love and my word; that you won't regret and won't be disappointed, if you look some deeper into things, maybe even pray at some point -what have you got to lose?- .
The hardest part is, to overcome yourself and the patterns you are used to.
