I've never seen tentacles outside of, like, 1980's h-anime OVAs.
It's a lot more common to see boy-on-boy action than weird zoophilic shit. As a matter of fact, there's probably more of that kind of shit on Western (read "Burgermutt") websites like DeviantArt than on Japanese media-related websites.
