Might've shut off because the CPU got too toasty. Let it cool down for 30 mins then try booting again. If that doesn't work, try reseating the ram next.

Check if the PSU is properly connected. Maybe some cable isn't sitting properly.

There is a way of checking if your PSU is broken.
-Unplug your PSU completely and turn off the power switch
-Grab the large pin connector (pic related)
-Conntect the GREEN cable with ADJACENT BLACK cable. This can be done with a paperclip, a large one preferably. Should work with regular (steel) wire too.
-Plug it in and turn the PSU on.
-If the fan doesn't spin, the PSU is either dead or you didn't connect the cables properly. If the fan does spin, the problem is likely with the motherboard.
