People like Peshmerga and ISIS both use places like /int/ and /pol/ to recruit and get people to contact via more secure means. As well you have /k/ which is swarming with ATF violations, /r9k/ is a suicide cult and everyone knows we've had the FBI here since anonymous hacked Sarah Palin's email.
