How deep does this rabbit hole go? Is there any escape from this fucking cage, is our entire human history a demonic fuckfest? Is there no progress untainted by some sort of Faustian deal? Is there no freedom from these fucking shackles? I keep finding out more and thinking that no matter who "wins" nobody wins in the end. All roads lead to decadence.
