>>7327566>the right high protein dietI've a question for you since you know about fitness and eating right:
Ever since October when I got into an actual place after a spring and summer of being homeless, I've been chronically tired, to the point of needing a 35-45 minute nap on my lunch break at my current job, and 10 minute naps on my first 15 minute break.
Do you think it's just my sleeping patterns being messed up, or is it my diet, or both?
I have a tendency to go to sleep at around 11:30PM, wake up at 2AM, then wake up again around 6AM to prepare for work at 7:30AM
My diet is
>breakfastTwo poptarts lole
>lunchPBJ sandwich, chips, one or two two Ho Ho's (sweets), and two bottles of water
>dinnerVaries, but not much due to low variety up here and limited dinner options - can't make homemade meals for one.
footlong sandwiches, pizza, Chinese food, proper burgers with proper drinks - I like bourbon.
