It really depends on the individual on whether their skills and strengths out weigh their weaknesses and the collective of immigrants and how long it takes to culturally homogenize them enough to fit with American/USA culture and values so as to avoid them forming rouge enclave societies much like what happened with Canada and their ethnically Chinese communities.
