My household has recently come into posession of a whooooooole lot of hot cocoa mix and we got no idea what to do with it. No way we could drink it all, definitely not within the next year or two, and we even have some extra from last year.

Anyone know some recipes for getting rid of a lot of it, or any ideas for a way to use it? I was thinking cookies or a cake, but, to be honest, I haven't made anything like that recently, and don't trust my own skills without a recipe.

So any ideas?
