Has a person from north Korea ever posted on /bant/ or maybe even /int/

Only the Rich and powerfulFags even get access to the internet in north Korea.
But the websites they do get access to are all probably north korean sites.

But is it possible that one north koreanFag somehow got access to 4chan and posted on /bant /int/ or really any other board?
