Do some research and download tor, you'll need to get yourself some bitcoin too, maybe some markets do different cryptos but bitcoin is pretty universal for that sorta stuff. You'll also need to put effort into finding legit .onion black markets that aren't just phishing sites. You can always test it and buy a small amount first to see if it's legit, just don't put all your bitcoin in the store wallet obviously. Being able to put bitcoin into the store wallet and take it back out again is also a good sign. On top of that there's always the chance your drugs will be taken in customs, dark net drug dealers tend to be pretty good at sneaking shit under the radar but sometimes it gets found. Idk what the laws are like in america surrounding that but it probably wont get you in trouble - anyone can send anything to anyone in the mail, if you deny having any involvement they won't be able to prosecute you.
