For most people, it's nowhere near as bad as the spoopy fearmongers like to say. The worst I've had was dry eyes being sometimes uncomfortable and a few more nosebleeds.
And my oh my it works wonders. The last time I took it was 2-3 years ago. I used to have a terrible acne, but now I only get a couple of zits every now and then when I don't wash my face properly. It's almost miraculous.
