but yeah, i've seen all sorts of ways to cook fried chicken in batter instead of breading, that don't look good to me, but who knows.
also apparently the kfc "breading" is just covering the chicken in flour and powdered milk + their meme spices. again no breadcrumbs. i'd try that to see how it turns out. i've never used powdered milk in anything i think.
