The winter meme war began when many Journalist (known as Journos in slang term) bullied and called death threats to a Covington Catholic Highschooler that was falsely accused of being racist to a Native American (who turned out to be a professional victim actor that put him into the spotlight). Many after this disaster was spilled werea fired (or laid off) from many outlets such as Buzzfeed, Huffpo, CNN, Vox, and many others. Then the journalist (instead of owning up to their mistakes) blamed 4chan for losing their job.

>What happens next
In order to bestow their grudge (with Timbits and Eclairs in hand); they called up several Discord groups that originated from /r9k/ (some from reddit as well), and a group that is known to be associated with Democrat potential, Alexandria -Ostazio Cortez. Both groups began to launch assaults (mainly on /pol/, /k/, /b/, and /bant/). 5 days later, JIDF began to join the fray who attacked /pol/ up and down the last 6 years. While many rumors said Shareblue was involved, but their involvement is unknown.

JIDF (Jewish internet defense force) is a organization (both ran by mercenaries and those within the Israeli Military) that 's purpose is to mobilize social media against Islamic terrorism and Antisemitism.

Many anons had uncovered leaks from time to time. One discord (leaked by a anon know as SAGE) was ran by an ex Youtuber (and pro HRT afilliant), Nicholas Fedorov.
