I also had an appendectomy,
and remember being crazy high after I came to.
The pain killers they gave me for the month were really good as well.

Oh yeah, speaking of which.
Don't be surprised if you can't shit for several days.
It took me like 3 or 5 days before I could go.
My dad bought me some fiber pills, but I can't say for sure if they actually helped or not.

I can't say for sure when I was fully better.
It did take me several days or maybe a week before I could move around without pain though.
The first couple days will almost certainly be a little hard.

Glad to hear the operation went well fren. If the surgeon did it laparoscopically, your recovery should be very quick. Remember to supplement fiber.

Yea I was at ER yesterday. I think my surgeon did it laparoscopically since I have 3 incisions.

Your recovery will be easy. I had one a few months ago. The worst part is when the gas migrates throughout your body and causes shoulder pain. I'm sure the oxycodone makes that part easy though. You're welcome frien.

It's not bad at all. I had zero painkillers and was fine. The surgeon puffs up your belly with gas during the surgery in order to see what's going on. You'll fart or burp it out within a few days.
