There does appear to be a man riding some sort of logfummish vehicle down the waterfall while hotdogging it conceivably because he knows a picture is being taken and wants to look cool in it for those who may witness is later such as ourselves.
I suppose in the end its unknown if the waterfall is natural or artificially created and its unknown if there is some sort of logfume track below though there doesn't appear to be any signs of one based on what we can see
