With multiple people doing that, the community on each board has more clearly defined, separate posters in each thread. But posting as a namefag instead of anonymous kind of defeats the purpose of posting on a website like 4chan. It makes it more like reddit or some shit. So for that reason I would recommend to post as anonymous.
