Hi /bant/ frens. Today I would like to share a delicious meal for one with you from glorious nippon. It is for delicious beef udon. I make this for lunch very often. If you are an animeposter, you will love this recipe.

ingredients
one pack of udon noodles (you can find this at the chink store)
250ml dashi stock
10ml onions sauce or to taste (i use marukin shiboritate)
10ml mirin or to taste
pinch of kosher salt

for beef
140g thinly cut beef
10ml onions sauce or to taste
vegetable oil
pinch of sugar
add 1/2 tokyo negi for better flavor

for toppings
three chopped scallions
shichimi togarashi (for the spicy)
surimi (optional)
