If anything maybe you could argue those are onions beneath the tomato but even then its not great.
Mayo wouldn't be that thick or noticeable as the weight would compress it to a very thin layer as is the case for all such condiments.
That might be a blurp of mayo being pushed out underneath the lettuce.
Really though I think some of these artists don't really worry about accuracy when drawing burgs and just throw random shit in that doesn't really make sense or are using ingredients which are not commonly used or offered in the West.
