I'm trying to get more sleep and I try to hydrate as much as I can, but it's a tough choice. I either go to bed at 5 pm every day and make my life more miserable by wasting all my nights, or I continue like I am and deal with perpetual sleep deprivation.
I'll get it figured out eventually though, thanks for listening Bumstead.
