Why do I suck so much at playing the guitar? I just can't, I've been playing for 6 months and the only thing I can do are simple 1 string slow tempo songs at half the speed.

Keep it up anon. After 6 months I could play one song with second-long pauses at chord changes and something like half dead notes. Been playing 24 years now though, and I promise it gets more satisfying. If you want to get good you should be practicing lots though - at the very least an hour a day. If you need motivation, I promise music helps you get laid.
