How do I know if I pulled a muscle or broke a rib? In my rib area, it hurts a bit when I puff my chest out and take a deep breathe or move certain ways.
Today I went for a run in the first time since I finished uni, and fell. lol.
I laid on my bed, to try and stretch it out thinking it was muscle thing then I heard a pop now it hurts more when I straighten myself, whereas before it hurt when I slouched.
