I'm in mood to discuss vegetarian/raw food diet/nofap.
Been a vegetarian since I was 17. I'm 24 now. Just started raw food diet two weeks ago.
I noticed my chest pains are gone. On a vegetarian diet I still could eat crap like cake, pies, cookies etc, because there's...no meat, but I still felt like crap.
Now I'm a raw foodist and I wholeheartly believe the benefits of this, the first few days my chest pains felt different, then I noticed it went away. I cheated on my raw food diet twice by eating cheese and pringles and I feel I paid the price for it. I'm also committing to nofap. I haven't touched my dick since Feb 1st. I only orgasmed four times in January. I cut back on orgasms in order to make monk mode nofap easier and it paid off, I'm not experiencing much of any urges. I believe my raw food diet helped my nofap as well, even before I started my raw food diet I avoided ice cream specifically because I knew I would get strong urges after I ate ice cream.
