Thus, I would propose, that we center the nwe circle on the top right corner of pixel (((-378|-450))). Once we do this, all we have to do is count 44 pixels away from the borders inbetween these 4 new center pixels and the first tngent of the circel will be the 45th pixel in each direction.
Refer to my shitty ms-paint graphic and compare it to the real thing, you'll undertsnad once you thing about it a little.
And, yes, I would find it to be a good idea, to expand the white withing the red part around the cross, until we have an 88px circle, that has to be centered on th top right of (((-378|-450)))
