Recently was in Portugal, one of the best and really safe country overall, only to be pick pocketed by a gypsy on my last day in broad day light. A nearby cop caught him almost immediately. After I gave them my testimony at the station they said he was a Romanian citizen. My question is, why is Romania allowed to be part of the EU?????
