I need some inspiration from you guys

I genuinely suffer from autism and because of this I have a pathological daily need to organize my pics and files to an extremely high degree. In fact sometimes it literally makes my brain hurt from the mind-numbing stress of it

Right now I have almost 1.5 terrabytes of stuff. My question is how do you all sort whatever you save from 4chan etc? Do you have a memes/int/pol/whatever general folder or do you just dump everything in one place?
