also while our healthcare system is SHIT and run by greedy corporate types who only care about money the "free" systems in Canada, Britain and other places are pretty shitty too and either refuse you care, give you poor care or make you wait months/years to get it
Our system may rob you blind and maybe its worse but atleast we give good/quick/effective care
