Hypothetically if there were a country where boys were mandatorily given hormone blockers when they turn 12 and girls were given hgh and anavar, how would the social structure of that society function? Would the relationship between the genders change and if so how?

If that matriarchy were to somehow survive, it would be a crime ridden, corrupt shithole because, as stated before, women cannot take responsibility and are not assertive. Even the pettiest of drama between the female leaders could spell the doom of the country and its citizens.
