I haven't had people at my house in a long time and I decided to bring some people over. I have been very lonely lately and I've needed friends and I tried today. It was a good time but I felt so uneasy. I feel absolutely terrible atm. When they left I felt relief and better. Can someone tell me what this is and how do I fix it?

We watched a movie and sat around the table and played some cards and drank a lil. I knew these people from work and I asked them if they wanted to come over. It was obvious they had fun I just wish I wasn't so weird. I have OCD and it has been effecting me socially and it has been causing a lot of issues. I'm thinking maybe I need to do this more often to kind of like get use to it maybe?

If your problem is OCD related, maybe hanging out at another location would be better for you.
