I love most of what the US has to offer, I personally want to study and work there (as either a teacher or the entertainment industry as in Hollywood)
The satirical life that I see in LA tv shows seems to suit me.

I've lived in 5 different countries for at least 2 years each, and have had extended stays over 6 months plus in several more.

A lot of what sucks about the U.S. sucks everywhere, don't let 4chan convince you otherwise. A lot of what's really nice about the U.S. is also nice elsewhere (at least outside of objective shit-holes).

That said, our FDA sucks, our consumer protection laws suck, the USDA sucks, and our healthcare is qualitatively good but insanely overpriced - same for our universities (though these could be culled by about 75%, but that isn't specific to the U.S. either).

US is pretty alright, but idk if I'd prefer it from my own country. The US doesn't have much to offer in terms of non-political culture other than like some holidays and traditions I also get a feeling that many muricans think that they're the entire world, and feel confused whenever they see someone foreign, speaking english to them over the net and it's also pretty frustrating that they try to exclude me then. There is also the fact that everyone looks at it like it's the god country, and the entire world circulates around things that happen there, gasping at the slightest move. But yeah, nothing against the people here, just imperialism, capitalism, nationalism and some minor retardery.
