About a decade ago, I was proud to live in Europe. It was one of those places which were perfect to live in. Free, democratic, full of different cultures, languages. It was so fun to learn all of it and experience it. A decade passes, and what do we have now? A mess, where both the right and the left are trying to push their ideas everywhere they can. You can't even browse the internet without seeing liberal/conservative propaganda everywhere you go. Countries have stepped away from capitalism and freedom, instead embracing shit like government controled media and social programs. Add to that, we have unelected bureucrats who are trying to push more taxes and more censorship into the internet, which from definition is supposed to be FREE. I remember the older days when I used to be proud that I live in Europe and not a shithole like China or Canada, but now we are literally trying to be like them. It's making me sick that such a great continent was ruined by a few fascists and socialists trying to push their agenda at all cost. I wish I could change it.
