sat quietly in the back unless seats were assigned, then i'd sit quiety in the middle/front or wherever we were placed. always partnered with a friend during group assignments if they were in the class. if not, i'd wait until that one other loner kid was left and partner with him/her.
i got pretty lucky. all my classes usually had at least one kid who i kinda knew or was friends with. i'd say my experience could have been WAY worse. overall, 5/10 experience.
