anyone ever known anyone that's had a concussion and after the next time they fell asleep they fell into a coma? If so what happened to them?

I think I may have gotten a concussion earlier today and I'm scared as fuck to fall asleep... I know I should probably wait 24 hours after the concussion before sleeping but I'm exhausted and scared I might just fall asleep anyway... Really don't want to go to the emergency room
