I really have no idea how these two survived, they had some close calls - the bigger one was a test seed that I planted about seven days before all else to see if they will actually sprout and when winter fully hit, they couldn't really grow any longer, thus remaining in that very early stage with big size differences of just a week.
Glad I could interest you, if you want to get into gardening, all you need to do is some ground, something green and a cup after yoghurt <3
I've also got an ivy, pic related - it grew just a few cm during winter plus her bottom leafes started to dry already.
