Why does getting a job and becoming a normie seem like an impossibility for me after being a NEET for 15 years?

I’m 32 and finally bored of doing nothing all day and I would like to get educated and a job but it seems like even if I do get educated I won’t be employment ready until I am 35. What employer is going to hire a 35 year old with zero work history who also doesn’t come off a normie?

I don’t actually care about the money I can live just fine on NEETbux because I have no interests or hobbies to spend money on and I don’t drink or do drugs
