I love coffee but I tried to quit it so I could focus more on working out in the morning. I really don't drink that much, one cup every morning.
After about a month and a half I was completely in shambles, felt tired all of the time, completely irritable, sweating all of the time. I figured there was no way it was still the coffee because every source says you can quit it in a week or two. However, sure enough, I tried drinking it again and I was fine. I can probably work my way through the side effects, but only when work dies down a bit.
Did anyone else have this experience? Is there misinformation about coffee out there? Do big drug and alcohol companies not want people to think "what else am I being lied about in regards to legal drugs"? Do big coffee companies want to keep the population addicted? Does someone want people productive in the daytime and tired at night?
