For many months and sometimes years, I have been slowly chipping away at many bad habits. It has been extremely slow going. I have gone from masturbating daily to once a week or less, and not long ago I went a month.. so I am going at least a month this time. I have been doing these week long streaks for almost a year so it's time to make them monthly. I used to eat 4000 calories average a day. I can eat a lot. You non americans don't realize what an eating habit is. For the past couple years I've had 95%+ success with eating below 3000 calories daily. I'm 6'2 and 26 so this is a fair number. I have gone to the gym for almost two years, and this week I'm doing something fairly easy but that might have great effect; giving up sugar. I have learned to hold my tongue. Truly holding your tongue is simply mind reading at a surface level, and with someone you know deeply, perhaps you live with them, it's deep mind reading. Their thoughts will come back in circles, and when it keeps coming back, it must be worth answering. Good luck and fortune on your personal quest for improvement. There are only two feelings: comfy or improving. If you aren't improving, you might as well get comfy.. if you're comfy, you might as well improve.
