As late as 2008 or 2009, it was even possible to see some plushies and dolls in Ameircan bookstores and toy stores of the characters, as well as trading cards, the manga volumes, and various DVDs. By 2010 or 2011, those were mostly gone, as the series faded away from popularity and relevance, although InuYasha: The Final Act, and then the 2013 newest manga chapter and the character voice acting CD brought upon brief resurgences of interest and activity in the series and fandom.
