What happens when you come off antidepressants?

Been on 30mg Mirtazapine for over a year, reduced to 15mg a few months ago, now on about 7mg and will come off them completely in a few days.

In your case, you'll probably suffer from mild insomnia.
Coming off antidepressants can vary wildly depending on many factors.
If you're extremely dependent on them, you shouldn't come off them at all unless you're switching.

Antidepressants are meant for short-term use so you can sort your life out. You can vastly improve your physical and emotional health by getting some exercise in. If you're bottling something up inside, go seek a therapist and talk it out. Don't depend on chemicals any longe than should be necessary (a year on the high end, a few months most likely). Get out and seize your life back.

i'm fine now I only get mild depression once a week. I've cut down on my alcohol and have been going to the gym every other day since the beginning of this year. All I want now is a nice girlfren but I'm very shy around them.

You know I had an appointment with my therapist in February, got there and apparently he never turned up for work. Didn't hear from for 2-3 weeks, decided to get in touch but straight to voicemail. Still never got in touch. That's the NHS for you, useless.
