>>7651851unfortunately it can't be helped. there's 2 or 3 small things like printing out serial labels that they don't let us do even though it would be a lot more convenient, but those things only take a couple minutes and i can just walk over and ask someone else to do
i was having situations like parts being out of stock or customer's needing to be contacted before the work can be continued, so not exactly stuff i could expedite if i did myself. the only thing that takes a significant amount of time that i wish they would let us do ourselves is reimaging, but they have one guy who does nothing but that full time, so it might not be something we could conceivably take care of
