First basic contact info.
Then your education in reverse order, starting with highest attained diploma.
Then previous places of employment in reverse order, with ways to contact them if need be.
Then official competences that are specifically useful for the job you're applying for.
And only then at the bottom you put your "lol this is me" bullshit.

These people have to read dozens of resumes in a row. They like it if you don't waste their time.

So if I didn't finish college I should put that after high school? I'm like a semester away so I just put my number of credits but didn't say I don't have a degree yet. I just googled skills for resume and found

so I put those down under skills. I don't have any real skills like computer hacking or anything. And I thought you weren't supposed to do the "lol this is me" bullshit anymore? My mom said it was good but idk if she's just being nice.

Don't add those generic copypasta skills anywhere other than the bullshit "lol this is me" section.
Under relevant skills you're supposed to show off very specifically what you can provide to the role you're applying for
Prove that you've researched the company, that you understand what you will be doing, and the skills that will be required to do it

Ok so if Im just applying for McDonalds or some low end retail job do I not even need to put skills? I really cant think of anything relevant I have. Ive never worked a cash register or any other technical / machinery stuff and don't know any other languages besides english. Is it best just to delete the skills section then or leave the generic stuff you think?

Oh is it just cash registry work? Yeah that's kind of a different story I suppose. Well, I guess you could just go have a look around, see how the current guys are doing their job and figure it out from there. And idk explain how you're not a complete retard when it comes to quick maffs, human contact, multitasking, and being quick to pick up on basic electronics. In those kind of jobs it's also very important to be able to see work, i.e. having the ability to spot useful shit you can do when you're not busy doing what was immediately assigned to you. Maybe add a doctor's note detailing your immunity to small caliber bullets
