Id change my appearance so my body is improved, but really this can be changed with time and effort so not much of a problem I guess. I would for sure change my personality, I can't talk to anyone I haven't known since like fucking kindergarten, and thats like 2 people really. Even then anyone who knows me think im a degenerate because once I get to comfortable around people I go full retard. I fucking hate myself, I can't make friends, the noes I have treat me like shit, but they are all I got and I've never had a girlfriend, I wish a car would hit and kill me.
